Showcase House A Historical Society Showcase of a turn-of-the-century Craftsman House.  The game room and adjoining sunroom were designed to reflect the house’s history, yet with a freshness that would appeal to its 21st century owners.

Contemporary Design The house was updated with the addition of custom designed shoji screens in the dining room and entry.  A 21’ long wall in the living room was transformed by building in niches and a custom-made media cabinet which stores a flat screen television that can be lifted with the touch of a button.  A new fireplace surround, updated lighting, fresh paint and some new furniture pieces completed the makeover, making a warm, functional home.

Hacienda House This was a whole house makeover.  The exterior architecture had a hacienda feel, but the interiors were outdated 70’s ranch style.  New hand-scraped maple wood floors throughout the main rooms, new bathroom tile in all 3 bathrooms, a new fireplace surround and front door brought the house together architecturally. New furniture and window coverings completed the warm, pulled together look.
